1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing our counselling, documentation, or admission services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Vikulp Global Education provides consultancy services for Indian students wishing to study MBBS abroad. While we make every effort to assist with profile evaluation, university selection, document processing, and visa coordination, final admission decisions are strictly determined by the respective state medical universities.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students and parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and authentic academic marksheets, identification papers, and NEET scorecards.
  • Ensuring compliance with NMC criteria, including mandatory qualifying NEET scores to secure practice registration in India.
  • Paying tuition fees, hostel fees, and service charges directly to the designated bank accounts on time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Service charges and processing fees paid to Vikulp Global Education are subject to our specific refund policy outlined during registration. Once university application fees or visa invitation fees are paid to external government agencies or university offices, they are completely non-refundable.

5. Accuracy of Website Content

We make every effort to display accurate university rankings, course durations, and yearly tuition/hostel fees. However, fee structures are subject to regular updates by foreign universities and currency fluctuations. We recommend verifying the final packages directly with our senior counsellors before completing payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vikulp Global Education shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from university admission delays, visa rejections by target consulates, changes in NMC regulations, or foreign university policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
